Ingredients: Hydrolysed Collagen 300mg, L Cysteine and L Methionine B Group Vitamins such as B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, Biotin (Vitamin B7), Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) 200 mcg and Iron 14mg, 10mg Zinc, 55 mcg Selenium all in 100% DRV, and Hyaluronic Acid 10mg.
