Your order might ship in multiple deliveries, meaning items may arrive separately. Rest assured, all parts of your order will reach you within the expected delivery timeframe. You can check this by clicking on My Orders to view items that haven't yet been delivered. If you haven’t opted for partial shipping, please contact us for assistance.

Your item didn't survive the journey!
If, unfortunately, you receive a damaged item, you can start the return by going to My Orders, selecting Returns, and filling out the form.

Your gift card will be sent to your email within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
Gift wrap is non-refundable once the order has been packed and handed over to the shipping company, or if a gift-wrapped item is returned.
Once purchased, Gift Cards are yours to keep — they can’t be refunded, replaced, or reloaded. They also can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

To print or download your tax invoice:
1. Go to My Orders
2. Select the order.
3. On the order detail page, click Invoice to download.

Easy Returns are accepted within 14 days if the product is unopened and in original condition. Please check our Returns Policy for more details.

To change your address, simply go to "Delivery Addresses" and add the updated address.

Take control of your info
To remove your card details, all you need to do is log into your account, then go to 'Profile,' and then 'Saved Cards.' Click on 'Delete,' and you’re all set!- Card details are incorrect.
- Insufficient funds.
- Card expired or needs updating.
- Bank issues or outages.
- Technical error between bank and Mumzworld.
- Card blocked for online payments.
- OTP not received because mobile number is not registered with bank.
