What does my order status mean?

Curious about your order status? Let’s break it down!

Processing: This means your order has been confirmed and is now being prepared for you.

Shipped: Your order has left the Mumzworld Warehouse! You will receive an email and SMS confirming its dispatch.

Delivered: Hooray! Your order has been delivered to the address you provided.

Canceled: This indicates that your order has been canceled, either by you or by us.

Closed: Your order was returned, and a refund is ready to be processed.

At mumzworld.com our priority is you! We aim to deliver all items within 2 to 3 working days in the UAE, 5 to 10 working days in the GCC, 7 to 12 working days international shipments.

Can I change the delivery address or cancel my order after submitting?

If your item hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting our customer service . However, domestic orders cannot be canceled once committed. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process.

Why is my order incomplete?

Oops! It seems like your order didn’t come together!

Your order might ship in multiple deliveries, meaning items may arrive separately. Rest assured, all parts of your order will reach you within the expected delivery timeframe. You can check this by clicking on My Orders to view items that haven't yet been delivered. If you haven’t opted for partial shipping, please contact us for assistance.

What do I do if my order is missing an item?

Oh no! Did something go missing, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Start by going to My Orders to confirm the status of your order. If it shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please share your details with contact us. We're here to help!

What do I do if my item is damaged?

Your item didn't survive the journey!

If, unfortunately, you receive a damaged item, you can start the return by going to My Orders, selecting Returns, and filling out the form.

Please make sure to upload a picture of the damaged item, and we’ll take care of your concern right away.

What are the shipping costs?

Can I redeem a voucher from "you got a gift"?

Your gift from your beloveds is ready, redeem it now!

Log in to your Mumzworld mobile app and go to "My Wallet." Select "Redeem Now," then enter the gift code you received via email and click "Redeem." The gift card balance will be added to your wallet and will be instantly available for use.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Wrap it right, make it bright—choose our gift wrapping today!

Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for selected products! You can easily choose this option during the checkout process for additional fees.

When will my Gift Card be ready for use?

Your gift card is on its way.

Your gift card will be sent to your email within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

Do I get a refund for gift wrapping?

Gift wrap is non-refundable once the order has been packed and handed over to the shipping company, or if a gift-wrapped item is returned.

Can I get a refund for my Gift Card if I change my mind?

Once purchased, Gift Cards are yours to keep — they can’t be refunded, replaced, or reloaded. They also can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

How can I check my Gift Card balance?

Quick and easy — log in to your Mumzworld account, head to My Account, click on Mumzwallet, and you’ll find your current Gift Card balance right there.

How can I be sure my order went through?
Your order is on its way! Once you complete checkout, you’ll get an email and SMS confirming your order and payment. Relax, we’ve got it covered.
Can I send different items to different addresses?
One order, one address! To send items to multiple people, place separate orders for each address.
What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
Missed us? Don’t worry! We’ll try 2 more deliveries depending on your location and order type. You can also contact us to reschedule by reaching out to Customer Service.
How can I print my invoice?
Your invoice, anytime! You can print an order summary or a tax invoice for any order. Please note: the order summary is not a tax invoice.

To print or download your tax invoice:
1. Go to My Orders
2. Select the order.
3. On the order detail page, click Invoice to download.

What if I receive an item with manufacturing defect?
Uh-oh! Did your item arrive with a manufacturing defect?

We’re sorry to hear that you received a flawed item! Our team is dedicated to providing you with high-quality products. Please reach out to our Customer Service. Just have your order details and a photo or video of the defect ready, and we’ll take care of the rest!
What is the return window for an item?
A bummer, but we want to make it right!

Easy Returns are accepted within 14 days if the product is unopened and in original condition. Please check our Returns Policy for more details.
How do I return an item(s)?
Go to "My Account."
Navigate to "My Orders." and select the order ID that includes the item(s) you wish to return.
Click "Return Items".
Select the item(s) you wish to return, choose the quantity, and provide the reason for the return.
Click "Continue" to proceed.
Choose your preferred pickup date and refund method, then click "Confirm Your Return."
How will I get my refund?
Refunds made simple! Refunds go back to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited to your Mumzworld Wallet.

What is the COD limit?
Cash on Delivery made simple! The minimum and maximum amount allowed for Cash on Delivery depends on your country. You’ll see the exact limits during checkout, or you can visit our Delivery & Shipping page for more details.
What is the minimum order value to use Tamara or Tabby?
Buy now, pay later — made easy! Choose Tamara or Tabby at checkout to split your payment into 4 interest-free installments. Minimum order value: 200 SAR/AED for Tabby and 500 SAR/AED for Tamara. Available in KSA and UAE only.
Why did my payment fail?
