Coupons Terms and Conditions

• Coupons are valid for a limited time only and Mumzworld reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
• The cashback amount will be credited to the customer's account within seven (7) days from the delivery of the product.
• Coupons may only be used on www.mumzworld.com and are only valid in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by mumzworld.com. Coupons do not apply to products sold by third-party sellers.
• The promotion is limited to one coupon per customer.
• Only one coupon can be redeemed per order.
• Coupons may not be combined with other discounts or sales incentives unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon by from Mumzworld.
• In the event of returns of items purchased using a coupon, the value of the coupon will be subtracted from the return credit.
• Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products.
• Coupons are valid while supplies last.
• The coupon code must be entered at the time of online checkout to be applied to the order.
• If your order value exceeds the value of the coupon, the balance must be paid using one of Mumzworld's accepted forms of payment.
• Coupons are not transferable, may not be resold, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Mumzworld's Terms of Use, Privacy and Cookies Policy and E-Commerce Terms apply to all orders where coupons are used.

Mumzworld Referral Program – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Mumzworld Referral Program and set out the rules, eligibility requirements, rewards, and limitations applicable to both Referrers and Referred Friends. Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. Definitions

• Mumzworld: Mumzworld FZ LLC and/or any of its affiliated entities operating the Mumzworld platform.
• Referral Program: The Mumzworld customer referral program under which eligible customers may earn rewards for referring new customers.
• Referrer: An existing Mumzworld customer who holds a valid and active Mumzworld account and who shares a unique referral link to invite a new customer.
• Referred Friend (Referee): An individual who is not an existing Mumzworld customer and who places their first order on Mumzworld using the unique referral link provided by a Referrer.
• Wallet: The digital wallet maintained within a customer’s Mumzworld account.

2. Referrer Rewards

• Reward Description: For each Referred Friend who successfully places a qualifying first order, the Referrer shall receive a reward of AED 20 credited to their Mumzworld Wallet.
• Eligibility Criteria: The Referrer is eligible only where the Referred Friend is a genuine new customer who has never previously completed a purchase on Mumzworld.
• Maximum Reward Limit: Each Referrer may earn rewards for a maximum of twenty (20) successful referrals. No rewards shall be issued beyond this limit.
• Reward Credit Timing: The AED 20 reward shall be credited within fifteen (15) days following delivery of the Referred Friend’s order, provided the order is not partially or fully returned.
• Reward Validity and Expiry: Each reward is valid for three (3) months from the date credited. Any unused reward balance shall automatically expire thereafter.
• Prohibited Conduct: Self-referrals or attempts using multiple accounts, emails, or identities are strictly prohibited. Mumzworld reserves the right to revoke rewards in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

3. Referred Friend Rewards

• Reward Description: The Referred Friend shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on their first purchase made on www.mumzworld.com using the unique referral link.
• Eligibility Criteria: The discount is available exclusively to new customers. The Referrer may not redeem or benefit from the Referred Friend’s discount.
• Discount Validity: Referral discount codes do not expire and may be used at any time, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Usage Restrictions: The discount is valid for a single transaction only and may not be combined with other coupons, discounts, or promotions.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Full Returns: For single-item orders returned in full, the refund shall be limited to the actual amount paid after application of the referral discount.
• Partial Returns: For multi-item orders returned partially, refunds shall be calculated based on the discounted price proportionately applied to each returned item.
• Effect on Eligibility: The referral discount applies only to the first purchase. Even after a return, the Referred Friend shall be considered an existing customer and not eligible for another referral discount.
• No Cash Value: The referral discount has no cash value and will not be refunded, reissued, or credited in any form.

5. General Conditions

• Mumzworld reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, withhold, or revoke referral rewards or discounts.
• Mumzworld may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
• All decisions made by Mumzworld in relation to the Referral Program, including eligibility and reward issuance, shall be final and binding.

Flash Sale – T&Cs

• Limited stock available.
• One item per customer only.
• First come, first served — order is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Flash Sale prices are valid until stock lasts.
• Platform may cancel orders that violate limits or show misuse.

Coupon Code Misuse Policy

At Mumzworld, promotions and coupon codes are created to bring genuine value to our customers.

To keep things fair for everyone, ‘New Customer’ coupon codes are reserved for first-time shoppers only. Creating multiple accounts to reuse these codes is a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

Misuse may result in:

• Cancellation of orders
• Loss of access to promotions
• Permanent account suspension

3. You agree that we are not liable, as far as we are legally able to be, for any losses resulting from:

• Your incorrect use or misuse of Mumzworld
• Unauthorized access to your transmissions or data
• The content, statements or conduct of third party individuals (including registered Mumzworld users), organizations, whether or not they operate on Mumzworld.

4. You agree that once a product is delivered by us and accepted by you, we no longer hold any liability or obligation.
5. You agree that we have the right to terminate your registration on mumzworld without providing you with a reason. This will generally only be due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or an extended period of inactivity. We will not be held responsible for the results of our termination of your account.
6. All users of Mumzworld agree that they will not use Mumzworld for their own commercial purposes unless they receive written permission from us to do this.
7. You agree not to reproduce any text text, images, software, graphics, sound, page layouts or designs, including trademarks, service marks and patents that appear on Mumzworld unless you have our written permission to do so.
8. You agree you will not sell or charge any service fee for access to Mumzworld by any other person.
9. Mumzworld reserves the right to withdraw any service, facility or product range that we currently offer our customers or will offer in the future. We also reserve the right to change the prices of any items or services.
10. Mumzworld reserves the right to run advertisements and promote any product or service and allow any individual or organization to promote any product or service on Mumzworld, providing that they have our written permission.
11. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or availability of any third party sites which we feature links to.
12. Users must register in order to make purchases on Mumzworld or contribute to the community forums. By completing the registration process, you are confirming that you are 18 years old or above or using this site with the permission of your legal guardian.
